VisitPoint can read from national, identity cards, pass-ports, images and smart chips. A simple web inter-face for registration process make the verification makes it very flexible to access the visitor information from any work station. With the ability of mobile verifi-cation with mobile devices, Visitor Points make the en-tire registration stream lined and hassle free process for scheduled meetings. Visitor Point is synched to up-coming meeting where the visitor and security person-al have live updates and info.

• Any machine readable document to Security Officer. The Officer will scan the document and cap- ture all the details out of document through CHIP or OCR scanning.
• If the meeting is pre-registered, the meeting request will appear in the software as soon as the guard will read the document through the scanner.
• Security Officer can issue the access card and assign access levels to that card.
• Integration to access control is possible with Custom developments.
• If the meeting is not pre-registered, the officer has the office to assign access card and Access rights to the walk in visitors.

Meeting Finish

Attendees goes to Receptionist to return Access Control card and collect documents. Offer has a facil- ity to de-allocate the card from the system. All Access related logs will remain in the system.
