Track-Synergy enables management to have information of vehicles’ movement in and out of depots thus making sure that the vehicle is in good working order. Drivers and vehicles are electronically recorded on every trip.

Track-Synergy delivers real time reporting and trace ability of vehicles and drivers going in and out of depots.

Cloud based software

Track-Synergy is a cloud based software, that supports multiple mobile handheld devices for security guards to log vehicles and drivers in and out of depots.

The software has guard tours setup and this consists of several locations that have to be visited in a sequence in a dedicated time scale.

The host software generates an alarm when the guard tour does not meet the sequence.

Synergy mobile App:

Android software application that can be used on any mobile device that supports a camera function and NFC / Mifare reader capabilities. Each mobile device has operator login capability and through the App indicates each operator of the device location on Google maps.

App indicate to the guard the following:

  • First / surname name
  • Validation date
  • Picture
  • Company logo
  • Confirmation access Granted or Denied
  • Operator confirmation Buttons
  • Time and location Stamp
