When transportation is required for staff / visitors / contractors or for public events. Trans-Synergy is a software and mobile hardware solution where personnel using the transportation service can be provided either an ID card or Barcode.
Once personnel enter into the vehicle and present their ID card or Barcode to the devices fixed to the vehicle, the driver will be displayed if the personnel is valid to use the service. Trans-Synergy delivers reporting, real-time location of vehicle and precise traceability of who is where and when across your construction site.
Trans-Synergy is a cloud based software that supports multiple mobile vehicle hardware devices that can be used across your fleet of vehicles, providing real time verification and traceability of transactional events. The software has ID card printing function whereby multiple designs can be produced and provide visual verification from staff / contractors / visitors and delivery notes for the site. The software has the capability to print on plastic or paper cards.

Each mobile device has operator login capability and through the App indicates each operator of the device location on Google maps.
